who we are

Founded by Connor, Matt, Dave and Russ in late August of 2022 the 12th Sturmpionier is a small but dedicated group of friends who tired of the lack of Imperial German groups within the UK decided to found our own. 

The 12th Sturmpionier is a fictional unit however all of our drill, tactics, uniforms and displays are based as closely as possible to original practises and sourced from original manuals and original photographs.

the 12th Sturmpionier are a historical re-enactment group and as such we are apolitical, we explicitly ban in our code of conduct any sort of political discussion or expressing support or admiration for any political organizations or totalitarian regimes, any member failing to abide by this no matter how senior will be expelled from the group.
